About Presence Hospitality
We did not start with a hologram. We started with a hotel staffing problem.
We come from hospitality.
Presence Hospitality is based in Amsterdam and built by people who come from restaurants, bars, cafés and hotels. The technology is new; the operational understanding of hospitality is not.
That is why we sell a staffed reception, not a device. Trained receptionists work from our hub in Amsterdam. Guests check in on their own, and when they need a person, a receptionist appears in the lobby as a life-size hologram inside the Holobox.
